2. What we collect through a recruitment process
When you apply for a position at PPC Digital Marketer, we will ask you to provide the information necessary to assess your application. With proper notification, we may collect publicly available information about you through internet searches to perform due diligence on candidates, strictly in relation to data relating to recruitment purposes.
If you are hired, your application information will become part of your personnel file. If you are not hired, we will retain your application information for two months, to provide you an opportunity to inquire about the recruitment process, and then we will destroy it. If we believe your application may be relevant to another position in the future, we will seek your permission to retain your application information for a longer period of time.
3. What we process on behalf of our clients through our services
PPC Digital Marketer processes personal information that its clients have collected for the purposes of providing our digital marketing services.
This information is analyzed and processed exclusively under the instructions of the client and in compliance with the privacy policies of that client. PPC Digital Marketer uses this information to develop multi-platform and multi-channel directional marketing, display advertising and search marketing campaigns and strategies for its clients. 4. Who we share information with
PPC Digital Marketer does not sell personal information.
PPC Digital Marketer may transfer personal information to suppliers and sub-contractors it employs to deliver its services or to support its operations. In all cases, PPC Digital Marketer, through contractual clauses, ensures the personal information remains secure and is used for no other purpose than to deliver the services.

In case of a breach of personal information, PPC Digital Marketer would implement its Incident and Breach Response Plan. This includes applying all necessary measures to mitigate the impact of the breach and, if required by applicable laws, as soon as feasible, notifying individuals if we collected the personal information directly, or notify the client if the personal information was processed on their behalf in the course of a service agreement.
II. PROCESSES TO EXERCISE PRIVACY RIGHTS AT PPC Digital Marketer
You have rights about your personal information, free of charge and cannot be discriminated against for exercising them.

As mentioned under “How we protect personal information”, we have retention schedules to delete information as soon as it is no longer necessary. However, if you consented to have your personal information retained for longer, for example, when we seek your consent to retain your job application beyond the recruitment process to consider you for other positions, you can withdraw that consent and ask for deletion of that information at any time. If the personal information is no longer needed, we will delete it as soon as possible.
5. Portability
You can ask us to transfer the personal information you provided us to another organization.
